I applied for the Speculative Literature Foundation Older Writers Grant. I’m happy to say that I’ve been advanced to the next round! They’ll announce the winner at the end of the month. Not sure who that will be yet. I’m thrilled–it’s a compliment to all the hard work to be in the running!
It also gives me some hope for another application. I put in for a state fellowship for writers. We’ll see how that one goes. Meanwhile, here’s to dreams!
